PROJECT: Rising

Rising is an immersive learning game that uses play and role-based tradeoffs to teach users about sea-level rise and climate inequality. I led end-to-end product design and user research, iterating on mechanics and narrative to improve learning outcomes and engagement around systems-level climate impact. Our team was honored to receive NYU’s Green Research Grant and speak at the Cumulus Detroit Design for Adaptation Conference, where we shared our learnings on emerging technology for environmental education
